Kia India has announced the commencement of its nationwide after-sales service initiative, ‘Ownership Service Camp’. This initiative will aim to ascertain Kia India’s commitment to providing a hassle-free ownership experience. As a part of this, the company will offer its customers complimentary services and special offers on various after-sales initiatives. Kia confirmed that this initiative is applicable across all Kia India’s authorised service outlets from July 21 to 27, 2022.
With the increasingly growing popularity of Kia in India, these initiatives go a long way in proving the company’s dedication. As part of this initiative, Kia will offer thorough 36-point checks. This covers the Exterior, Interior, Engine Bay, Under Body, and Road Tests of the vehicle.
Furthermore, Kia will also include other crucial checks. These include – Tyre Condition, Sunroof Operation, Engine Oil, Coolant, Brake/Clutch Fluid, Fuel Line Leakage, Suspension Bolts/Nuts Retorque, Engine Performance, Clutch, and Brake Pedal Play, Gear Shifts in MT and AT and likes. All the cars coming in for service under this initiative will also get a complimentary car wash service. This comprehensive check is on offer completely free of cost. Kia confirmed that trained technicians will carry out the tasks, thus ensuring complete peace of mind.
Alongside these exciting offers, Kia is also offering various discounts on after-sales initiatives. This also includes a 20 per cent discount on car care services, a 10 per cent discount on retail RSA plans, and a 5 per cent discount on select genuine accessories. Kia customers planning to avail of this service can opt for bookings via various channels. This includes the My Kia app, Kia India website, Kia Care Toll-free number, or by directly calling the service outlet.
