Kia India has introduced a customer-centric ‘MyKia’ app that aims to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Dubbed as being an industry-first initiative, this app will offer multiple benefits, including sales, service, customer rewards and other features. Kia believes that with the use of this app, customers can take care of every aspect of their Kia ownership journey.
Customers can request a test drive, get a quote, request a video consultation through Digi-Connect, book a Kia car, etc. In terms of after-sales services, customers can avail of booking and tracking services, service cost calculator, Electronic Vehicle Health Check (EVHC) report, service expenditure summary and service feedback. Other features available on the app include Kia News, Service notifications, Digi Wallet, My car dashboard, locating preferred dealers through dealer locator, tips and FAQs. The MyKia app is available on both Android and iOS app stores. Kia also mentioned that the app has already received more than 10,000 registrations in a short span of 2 weeks.
With the growing demand for Work From Home culture, customers are getting increasingly reliant on these digital services. Automotive manufacturers are introducing online services like virtual showrooms, doorstep pickup/drop, online payment services to attract more customers of today’s time. Kia is one such brand that gives a lot of importance to innovation and technology. This is pretty much evident in its range of products as well.
As of today, Kia has rolled out over 1.75 lakh connected cars for the Indian market. This speaks volumes of the carmaker’s push for improving customer services via innovative products and services.
