Kia India has announced that the brand has come up with a new initiative called ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’. Under the new scheme, new buyers of the Kia Carnival will be able to return the vehicle if they are not satisfied with it. The industry-first initiative is available for private owners of the luxury MPV. The customer will be able to recover 95% of the ex-showroom cost and the overhead cost incurred for the registration and finances of the vehicle. The scheme is valid on all variants of the Carnival.
Kia has announced that eligible customers can return the vehicle if they are not pleased with the car within the first 30 days of its purchase. It is also important to note that the customer will be able to return the car vehicle has clocked not more than 1,500 kilometres from the purchase date. Customers also need to ensure that the car is free of damage, failures and pending claims. Also, the owner’s agreement for the transfer of the vehicle includes all documentation & charges. The car will also need to be free from any hypothecation, and the customer should submit the NOC from the financer’s end.
Kia introduced the Carnival luxury MPV in the Indian market at the Auto Expo 2020 in Delhi. The MPV set new benchmarks and opened up a whole new segment in the Indian market. In its debut year, Kia sold over 6,200 units of the Carnival in India. When the Kia Carnival made its market debut, the MPV came with a price tag of INR 24.95 lakh ex-showroom. Despite the rise in input cost and the weakening of Rupee, Kia still maintains the ex-showroom price of the Carnival in India.
Kia retails the Carnival in three variants – Premium, Prestige and Limousine. The MPV also comes with multiple seating configurations of 7, 8 and 9-seats. In the international market, Kia has introduced a new-generation Carnival. The new-generation MPV is also likely to come to the Indian market owing to its demand in our country.
