Electric mobility company Joy E-Bikes has launched a new mobile application, Joy E-Connect App, for its customers. The cloud-based mobile application is compatible with the entire range of Joy e-bikes in the Indian market. The new application will help customers connect with their machines wirelessly, enhancing the overall riding experience.
User-Friendly Interface
The user-friendly Joy E-Connect app provides multiple features and benefits. The application is also easy to download and available on both IOS and Andriod platforms. The Joy E-Connect app comes with features enabling the customers to perform and display a plethora of features.
Remote Access to Information
Joy E-Bike customers can remotely turn the electric bikes On or Off, navigate and check the battery percentage. Customers can also check the emergency battery and range of the vehicle. The app is also capable of displaying geofence alerts, battery voltage alerts, and temperature alerts. This will allow customers to plan their trips better.
Innovative Application and Display
The Joy E-Bikes also come with a dedicated dashboard that allows the user to check trip analytics; total distance travelled, trip duration, geolocation status and over-speeding. The data collected on the dashboard also reveals the information on speeding, number of breaks taken,
frequent stopping, fatigued riding, etc. The unique app also displays environment protection data, and users can view their contribution to protecting the environment. The mobile application also displays the CO2 emission and fuel cost saved per ride.
Joy E-Connect
Joy e-bike will integrate the advanced integrated technology into the upcoming range of Joy e-bikes. Existing users will also be able to enjoy basic features such as EMI status or payments, insurance status, online bike booking portal, merchandise store, SOS (both Chat and Voice support), IoT integration request, nearest dealer/ battery bank, etc. without any cost. However, Joy e-Bike will offer features such as Remote ON/OFF at an additional amount.
