Indian EV startup company WardWizard Innovations and Mobility Limited has announced the launch of its fleet management e-scooter, Del Go. Launched alongside the Gen Next Nanu+ e-scooter, the Del Go costs INR 1,14,500 (ex-showroom). The company will offer the new fleet management e-scooter via its ‘Joy e-bike’ brand with a 3-year warranty. WardWizard will soon open bookings for the new e-scooter on February 11, 2022, that features durability as its key feature.
2022 Del Go e-scooter: Design & Specs Details
The company has designed and developed the Del Go via their R&D team to focus on promoting localization in India. Under its ‘Make-in-India’ initiative, WardWizard will produce the e-scooter at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. With 2 colour options – Black and Grey, the DelGo e-scooter measures 1950mm in length, 720mm in width, and 1070mm in height.
Overall, the e-scooter sports a large LED headlamp on the beak with an additional light cluster on the front cowl. Being an electric delivery fleet vehicle, the e-scooter sports a single screen detailed dashboard that showcases all fleet-related information. Additionally, the Del Go enables customizable alerts, downloadable customized reports, GeoFence alerts, and health monitoring for the delivery fleet in India.
2022 Del Go e-scooter: Performance & Battery Details
Similar to the Gen Next Nanu+, Del Go e-scooter sports 1500W BLDC motors that offer instant torque. Powering the electric motors are the three-speed controller and the 60V portable advanced NMC battery pack that produce 20 Nm. The e-scooter also sports a top speed of 55 kmph and 3 riding modes – Eco, Sport, and Hyper.
WardWizard has equipped the Del Go with a twin-disc brake setup and an electronic braking system for enhanced rider safety. Riders can also take out the battery pack with ease in order to charge it at their convenience within 4-5 hours. Therefore, the e-scooter sports a riding range of 100 Km per charge, a seat height of 820mm, and a 1315mm wheelbase.

Recently, WardWizard released its January 2022 sales report for its ‘Joy e-bike brand’ that showcased 3,951 units of total sales. The company has registered an overall growth of 2963% in comparison to its sales of 129 units in January 2021. So far, WardWizard has sold more than 21,000 electric two-wheelers and aims to reach the 30,000 unit sales mark.
