Jeep has announced the launch of the new Compass Trailhawk in the Indian market at a special introductory price of INR 30.72 lakhs ex-showroom. The brand has revealed that the Trailhawk is one of the most capable SUVs in the country and also integrates premium interiors as well a bold American design. Jeep also boasts that the brand has finely tuned the Trailhawk offering a combination of on-road and off-road ride comfort and handling. The American brand also reveals that the all-new Jeep Compass Trailhawk has several points of differentiation and substantial changes from the previous generation of the SUV.
Jeep Compass Trailhawk – Design Highlights
The Jeep Compass Trailhawk comes with a butch yet sophisticated design language. The SUV comes with LED Projector Headlamps with LED DRLs that flank the signature Jeep grille. The Compass Trailhawk gets a new and distinctive Grey Seven Slot Grille with Black Surrounds. The SUV also comes with dark accents on the front bumper along with LED Front Cornering Fog Lamps. The brand also offers the Trailhawk with Rain Sensing Front Wipers. Along with this, the Jeep Compass Trailhawk will also come with 17-inch Trailhawk alloy wheels.
In addition to this, the Jeep Trailhawk also features a 10.1-inch UconnectTM touchscreen display with integrated navigation and voice commands. The brand also offers the Trailhawk with 9 Amplified Branded speakers with Subwoofer. The SUV also comes with a 360-degree parking camera, 12V Power Outlet, etc. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk also distinguishes itself thanks to the ‘Trail Rated’ badge puttings the SUV in a select league.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk comes with superior approach and departure angles compared to the standard SUV. To achieve this, the Trailhawk features differently designed front and rear bumpers. In addition to this, the Jeep Compass Trailhawk also comes with a “Rock” mode (AWD). The Trailhawk also comes with raised suspension that allows it to wade in water up to 19 inches deep.

The Compass Trailhawk also comes with a Crawl Ratio of 20:1, a Ramp Travel Index of 321, a Turning Radius of 5.7m, a Jeep Select-Terrain system with five driving modes and more.
Jeep Compass Trailhawk – Engine Specifications
Powering the Trail-Rated SUV is the same 2.0-litre Multijet II diesel engine. The oil motor produces 170 Hp of power and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic gearbox.
