Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles starts off the New Year by giving up two new colour schemes for its highest-selling motorcycle – Jawa 42 Sports Stripe and Yezdi Roadster. What Is The New Jawa 42 Colour Shade?
Along with this new paint scheme, Jawa 42 is also available in Galactic Green (Matte), Halley’s Teal (Matte), Lumos Lime (Matte), Starlight Blue (Matte), Comet Red (Glossy), Nebula Blue (Glossy), Allstar Black, Sirius White, Orion Red. The new shade, Jawa 42 Cosmic Carbon is available at INR 1,95,142 (ex-showroom).
Jawa 42 Sports Stripe Cosmic Carbon pays homage to nature’s purest element. The motorcycle uses a 293cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine. This unit makes 27 HP of power at 6,800 rpm and 27.03 Nm torque at 5,000 rpm. The equipped gearbox is a 6-speed transmission unit. Jawa 42 gets front disc and rear drum brakes. As part of safety, the Jawa 42 also benefits from an anti-locking braking system.
The Story Of Jawa Till Date
Classic Legends brought the Jawa brand into the Indian market in 2018. They introduced Yezdi motorcycles in January 2022 with three motorcycles. These are Yezdi Roadster, Scrambler and Adventure. There are big plans to add more updates to Jawa and Yezdi products in the coming year. In fact, the company has also planned network expansion across the country in the coming years.
With around 400 touchpoints in India, the plan is to expand to 500 outlets by December 2023. With the demand for retro cruiser motorcycles are on the rise. The need of the hour is to keep updating the product lineup. This is exactly what Jawa is doing with regular subtle upgrades to keep the customers engaged with the brand.
