Honda sold 2,50,171 two-wheelers in December 2022

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India ended 2022 on a high note. The company recently announced its sales number for December 2022. The company’s total sales for the given month stood at 250,171. This includes both domestic sales of 233,151 units and 17,020 units of exports. Noteworthy, the domestic sales for December 2022 registered 11 per cent growth over the same period of last year which stood at 210,638 units.

Honda’s Key Highlights of Calendar Year 2022

In an aim to attract customers with multiple offerings. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India announced three limited edition products. First is the DIO sports edition, second is the  Honda Shine celebration edition and third is the 2022 Activa premium edition. Celebrating its undisputed dominance in the 125cc segment, Honda’s Shine brand achieved 1 Crore customers in India. Garnering the love and support of people, over 2 lakh customers now ride a Honda Grazia125 in the Eastern region.

Delighting the adventure riding community, HMSI brought in the new 2022 Africa Twin Adventure Sports in India. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India then launched the 2022 Gold Wing Tour in India. This motorcycle in India will come in via the CBU route from Japan. Inspired by the Neo-Sports Café category, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India launched the 2022 CB300R for the Indian domestic market. Parallelly, the company also launched the new 2022 CBR650R in two exciting colour shades. These are namely, Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.

To further add to the excitement of the customers a notch higher, HMSI announced the launch of the all-new powerful & sporty CB300F. HMSI also introduced two new models at special prices for armed forces personnel. Thus HMSI announced the availability of H’ness CB350 and CB350RS at 35 CSD depots across the country.

Honda Aggressively Expanding Its BigWing Dealership Network

Honda further elevated the #GoRidin spirit with the inauguration of a slew of BigWing outlets in 2022. These include 31 new cities starting with Kolkata, Kurnool, Indore, Pondicherry, Rajkot, Hyderabad, Belgavi, Hoshiarpur, Pune, Rajahmundry, Agra, Jorhat, Gaya, Bangalore, Hubli, Attingal, Muvattupuzha, Warangal, Thodupuzha, Malappuram, Madurai among many others catering to the sales and service of its premium motorcycle range.
