At the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, Hero MotoCorp showcased a plethora of upcoming two-wheelers for the Indian market. Out of these, some of which were in the concept phase, the manufacturer has revealed launch plans for the others. It is already being reported that the HX250R sportsbike will be launched somewhere during November-December 2014. Now, reports suggest that Hero is planning to unveil another new scooter dubbed as the Dewlet in September 2014.
Hero also showcased a 125cc Dare scooter at the Auto Expo. In a bid to gain more traction in the fast growing scooter segment, the country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer plans to add more scooters in the market. To spice up the current situation, Hero also revealed the 150cc Zir scooter at the Auto Expo, which will surely attract a lot of enthusiasts. Also, another 110cc scooter, called the Dash was revealed at the Auto Expo and is expected to go on sale during the festive season.
The new Dewlet scooter is expected to be a 110cc scooter primarily developed to drive in more sales.
