This new dealership located at Survey No. 49/3A & 49/4, Castle Waddo, Off NH-17, Nagoa, Verna, South Goa is spread across 4,340 sq. ft of showroom space and 25,000 sq. ft, of the service area. To provide prompt and quick service, the service centre gets 11 mechanical bays and 08 body shop bays. Under the Dial-a-Ford initiative of Ford India, it promises to take care of all the hygienic standards at sales and service points, given the prevailing conditions of Covid-19. The company claims that this new dealership will deliver a ‘Family-like Experience’ with its unparalleled after-sales experience. The ‘Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs’ offered by Ford will help in decreasing the overall ownership costs by breaking up an auto part into sub-components.

Ford India is also offering customers an option to book appointments for sales and services by calling at 9313808995 or 9313808996. The showroom will showcase all the range of products which includes, entry-level hatchback and sedan Figo and Aspire to CUVs/SUVs Freestyle, EcoSport and Endeavour. Ford is also offering the Service Price Promise which aims to provide the promise of trust and transparency. This initiative will also allow customers to calculate their vehicles’ periodic maintenance cost even before booking the service.

Currently, Ford has a total of 5 products in its portfolio which includes Figo and Aspire in the compact segment whereas, in the SUV body type, it has 3 products namely, Freestyle, Ecosport and Endeavour. Recently, Ford launched a special edition of the Ecosport which retails at an ex-showroom price starting at INR 10.49 lakh.
