Ducati reveals limited edition Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse

Ducati has unveiled the limited edition model of the off-road spec Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled dubbed the Fasthouse edition. The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse is the result of the collaboration between the Italian superbike manufacturer Ducati and American apparel brand Fasthouse. The limited-edition Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse will see a limited production run of only 800 numbered units which will arrive on the North American market by the end of March 2021.

Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse Powertrain

Powering the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse is an 803cc, air-cooled L-Twin-cylinder engine with Desmodromic 2-valves per cylinder valvetrain with electronic fuel injection that produces 73 Hp of power and 66.2 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed transmission with a hydraulically controlled slipper and self-servo wet multi-plate clutch. The engine gets a stainless steel muffler with catalytic converter and 2 lambda probes as well as aluminium tailpipes and is full Euro5 compliant in countries where applicable.

Mechanical Parts

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse features a tubular steel Trellis frame in the Ducati Red finish and rides on fully-adjustable 46mm Kayaba front fork suspension with 200mm of wheel travel, pre-load and rebound adjustable Kayaba rear shock on a double-sided swingarm with 200 mm of travel, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wire rims shod in Pirelli SCORPION RALLY STR tyres and 330mm front disc with a radial 4-piston calliper as well as a 245mm rear disc with a single-piston floating calliper equipped with a dual-channel Bosch Cornering ABS as standard equipment.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse highlights an aluminium plate embellished frame that displays the individual serial number of the bike with only 800 units produced globally, a dedicated seat with an anti-slip cover, Mint 400-inspired Black and Grey geometric livery on the tank with the Scrambler and Fasthouse logos, variable cross-section handlebar, high-mounted front fender, extended rear fender, LCD instruments, interchangeable aluminium side panels, interchangeable headlamp aluminium cover, LED daytime running lights, LED taillight with diffusion-light, LED turn indicator, under-seat storage compartment with USB socket, black-out engine with brushed fins and machine-finished aluminium belt covers.
