The 2021 Ducati Apparel collection is out. The Italian bike manufacturer has a launched wide range of apparels to choose from. Broadly speaking, there are four categories; Racing line which is dedicated for track use, Sport line for sporty road riding, Touring line is for travelling and off-road whereas Ducati also offers Urban line wherein the apparels are designed to be worn around the city.
Ducati claims that the apparels are designed to be of the best quality just like its motorcycles. These apparels are an epitome of best-in-class design and technology, comfort, safety and provide a striking style as well. Moreover, all the garments undergo a strict quality test as well.
The key additions to the 2021 product are the Aqua rainproof jacket and trousers in the Touring clothing line. This rainwear is lightweight, durable, easy to put on and for convenience, Ducati has given a pouch to carry it. In the Urban line, Ducati has introduced the CE certified Downtown C2 technical sweatshirt, which is a blend of stylish design and a good level of protection. The inner mesh has an anti-abrasion reinforcement in aramid fibre and has included a shoulder and elbow protector. It also has a pocket on its behind to insert a back protector. The exterior is made up of cotton-feel stretch-polyamide with microfleece.
In the Sport line, Ducati has launched the Corse C5 leather jacket. With the use of Ducati logos as the graphics elements, that makes this a must-have a sporty road riding garment. Safety touches like interchangeable aluminium plates on the shoulder, composite protectors on the elbows, protectors for back and chest goes on to say how much importance safety plays in the motorsport world.
In the Racing line, Ducati has introduced the new DC V5 helmet which is built by using SNC2 (Structural Net Composite) fibre outer shell and is reinforced with ‘Peripherally Belted’ construction. The ventilation system provides the best stability and the visor gives a wide view of what’s around. Ducati Corse is a brand of Ducati Apparel under which sweatshirts, polo shirts, t-shirts and caps are offered which have some touches inspired from the racing world.
