Customer exchanges Hector Plus for INR 17 lakh & buys MG Gloster

Written by Nizam Shaikh

Since MG (Morris Garages) made its debut in the Indian market, the brand has been boasting about residual value. The customer-centric feature is highly recognised in the price-sensitive Indian market. The amount of money retained when the customer sells his vehicle translates to saving during the next purchase. According to research, the new-generation customer on average uses a new vehicle for 3-5 years. The reduced life span with the same owner means that residual value plays an important role during the car buying decision.
