BYD adds Passenger Vehicle Showroom in Mohali

BYD adds yet another dealership showroom to its network. This is its first passenger vehicles showroom in Mohali and its eighth showroom in India. With this, BYD will provide consumers in Mohali access to the brand’s pure electric vehicles. BYD already has considerable experience in the Indian automobile industry. Now the brand is extending its reach to new regions. This Mohali outlet will cover business in and around the neighboring regions as well. Residents in Mohali can now access BYD’s range of products and add to the sustainable automotive solutions within the city.

BYD Mohali Showroom Details

Spread over an area of 3,500 square feet, the showroom comes with all 3S facilities, namely, Sales, Service & Spares. The showroom also gets well-trained technicians, and service equipment to cater to every possible need of the customers. There are also service bays, EV charging stations, a customer lounge, and a showroom display floor. All in all, the showroom offers its customers one of the best in-store experiences.

BYD Has Big Plans For The Indian Market

With the premium electric SUV, BYD-ATTO 3 now ready, BYD is all prepared for the Indian EV market.  With its global expertise in EPVs, BYD has plans to offer a range of pure electric vehicles that address the discerning needs of the customers. BYD also mentioned the impact of the recent EV policy brought in by the central and state governments. This will further amplify EV adoption in the country and boost the sales of EVs. BYD is doing it all to move forward and become a key player in the market.

The Indian government has a target of reaching 30 percent EV penetration for the PV segment by 2030. The long-term aim is to achieve net-zero emissions by 2070. Motivated by these goals, BYD will constantly work closely with its partners so as to provide localized and green products for the Indian market.
