Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ is now ready for delivery. The company mentioned that 8 out of the planned 30 models of the supercar are now ready for delivery. Built at Bugatti’s manufacturing plant in Atelier in Molsheim, the supercar is a testimony to Bugatti’s engineering passion. Chiron Super Sport 300+ first made its mark in 2019. The car was the first to break the 300 mph mark thus, setting a new world record. Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ clocked 490.494 kmph in the test run. Limited only to 30 vehicles across the world, Chiron Super Sport 300+ is already sold out. Bugatti has set the sticker price of this engineering marvel at EUR 3.5 million.

Engine And Powertrain

Given the supercar’s prowess in technology and engineering, its power units are one to admire. The car comes with an 8.0-litre W16 engine with a mammoth power output of 1,600 PS. To ensure proper cooling down of the engine, Bugatti engineers have developed a new thermal management system. This system ensures the proper functioning of the engine and gearbox by keeping the temperature under check at high speeds. Software plays an important role as well. The necessary software enhancement improves the overall performance and helps in maintaining consistency.

The Art Of Aerodynamics

With such great power and speed, aerodynamics plays a very important role. One of the critical aspects of the aerodynamic kit is the car’s longtail rear end. This extends 25 centimetres from the body and helps to allow the laminar flow to pass over the body for a more extended period of time and hence reduce the aerodynamic stall by 40 per cent. Other aerodynamic kits include air outlets and air curtains, which are great to enhance the car’s overall performance. The alloy wheels made of magnesium adds to the overall exterior outlook and performance.

Paint Scheme

The car gets the jet-black and jet-orange bodywork. The exposed bodywork cover gets a jet-black finish. Meanwhile, the jet-orange strip adds to the excitement and runs through the centre of the car. There are subtle touches like the ‘Macaron’ logo that highlights the brand’s exclusivity and rareness.
