German marque BMW has launched the 7 Series Signature edition in India. The car will be available only in the 730Ld variant and is priced at Rs. 1.22 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). The car is locally assembled at the BMW facility in Chennai.
The BMW 7 Series 730Ld Signature is powered by a 3.0L, 6-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine pumping out 255 BHP of power @ 4,000 RPM and 560 Nm of torque @ 1,500 RPM. Engine is mated to an 8-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox powering the rear wheels.
The car is available only in two body colour options – Blue and white. On the exteriors, the Signature edition gets 19″ alloy wheels replacing the standard 18″ units and a spare wheel.
On the inside, it gets a 1200W, 16 speaker Bang & Olufsen surround sound system, integral active steering, extended wooden trim, exclusive Nappa leather upholstery, individual rear reading lights and a cool box.
The Signature edition is available at all BMW dealerships across India.
