Ather Energy, one of the leading electric scooter manufacturers in India is increasingly adding more dealerships under its network. Recently, the company confirmed that it is now available to the people of Hubli. In association with Belland Group, Ather Energy will look into catering to the demand for electric vehicles in that area. The recent spike in the petrol price is compelling the citizens to move away from the traditional internal combustion engines and choose electric vehicles, which are way more economical but they also have their share of demerits like improper charging infrastructure and driving range. But, the good news is the electric vehicle companies are heavily investing to develop their products which will fulfil the shortcomings and make electric vehicles a more lucrative alternative of what it is currently.
Ather Energy Now In Hubli
If all plans go well on track, Hubli will get its first Ather Space by the start of May 2021. The experience centre will come up at PB Road, Bhairidevarkoppa which will enable all the potential customers to have a more insightful look at the products which will help them learn more about the working of an electric vehicle. But, to meet the surging demand, Ather Energy is already open to take bookings and enquiries, in fact, the test rides are also being offered right now.
Ather Energy claims to set up 3-4 fast-charging stations in and around the most important areas of the town and plans to double the count of Ather Grid, as Ather likes to call its charging stations by the end of 2021. Currently, the Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler company has a total of 120 public fast-charging points across 17 cities in the country and the figure will rise further as more electric vehicles start to ply on the Indian roads in the near future.
Current Lineup Of Products
Ather Energy is offering 2 products under its brand name, the 450X and 450 Plus, which have an ex-showroom like of INR 1,59,629 and INR 1,40,619 respectively.
