Right after Hyundai started accepting bookings for the upcoming 2023 Venue facelift, we now have additional details thanks to a leaked brochure of the car. The company announced a few details about the car earlier, but some details were left out.
Prospective buyers can book the new Venue facelift by visiting their nearest Hyundai dealership. They can also book the car online using Hyundai’s official website. The booking amount for the 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift is INR 21,000.

The 2023 Hyundai Venue will be available in six variants with different powertrains. The six variants on offer are – E, S, S+, S(O), SX and SX(O). The E and S variants will only be available with the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine. However, you can’t get the top-end SX(O) variant with this engine option. The 1.0-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol, meanwhile, is available in two variants – S(O) and SX(O). Both the variants are available with manual and automatic transmission options. Lastly, the 1.5-litre CRDi engine is available in three variants – S+, SX and SX(O).
The 2023 Venue will come in six single-tone and one dual-tone colour option. The single-tone colour options are – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Phantom Black, Denim Blue & Fiery Red. The dual-tone option is Fiery Red with a Black Roof.

Initial rumours pointed out that Hyundai could offer an automatic transmission for the diesel engine, like the Sonet. There was also a possibility of an iMT gearbox for the diesel. However, both things didn’t happen. Hence, the engine and transmission options for the 2023 Venue facelift are identical to the previous one. To recap, it is available in two petrol and one diesel engine.
First is the Kappa 1.2-litre MPi engine. The naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine produces 83 PS at 6,000rpm and 113.8 Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. The engine is only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The other petrol engine is the Kappa 1.0-litre Turbo T-GDI. The three-cylinder engine uses direct injection and a turbocharger. The motor produces 120 PS at 6,000rpm. At the same time, the peak torque is 172 Nm from 1,500 to 4,000rpm. The turbo-petrol is available with a 6-speed iMT (intelligent-Manual Transmission) or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
The only oil-burner in the range is the U2 1.5-litre CRDi. The four-cylinder diesel engine makes 100 PS of power at 4,000rpm. The torque figure for the engine is 242 Nm from 1,750 to 2,750rpm. The diesel engine comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift will bring many new features and technology. Some of these features will also be segment-first. One of the major exterior changes will be the new Connecting LED taillights. Hyundai says this will be the segment best and offer improved visibility and stylish looks.
However, the interiors will get all of the segment-first features. Starting with Home To Car (H2C) with Alexa and Google Assistant. The feature supports two languages, English and Hindi. The feature lets one control vehicle functions from their homes. One can also check the vehicle status.
In addition to this, the Venue will also get Drive Mode Select. It lets you control the between three driving modes – Normal, Eco and Sport. Using this, customers can choose the perfect driving mode that matches their mood.
Customers in the backseat will be able to get more comfortable thanks to a new 2-step reclining backseat. In addition to this, it will also get a ‘Sounds of Nature’ feature. Hyundai says it allows for a soothing acoustic experience to help relax. Both the features are segment-first.
The Bluelink system will now offer more than 60+ features. In addition to this, the infotainment display will offer a total of 12 language options. These include 10 regional ones, which aim to enhance convenience to customers from different parts of the country.
