As per reports, we understand that Triumph plans to bring some new products to the Indian market. The company is gearing up to launch the 2023 Street Triple 765 R and 765 RS. Both motorcycles are now visible on Triumph India’s website.
What Are The Changes In The 2023 Model?
For the 2023 year, Triumph has made some additions to the Street Triple 765 R and RS. The motorcycles now get an updated twin-pod LED headlamp and reworked body panels. The RS version of the street fighter also now benefits from a belly pan, a lower chain guard and a pillion seat cowl with an interchangeable pillion seat.
No Changes To The Mechanicals
In terms of mechanicals, the motorcycle continues with the 765cc in-line 3-cylinder engine. The performance output of this motor reads as 118.4 BHP @ 11,500 rpm and 80 Nm @ 9,500 rpm. Meanwhile, the RS version gets a better punch with 128.2 BHP and 80 Nm on tap.
Regarding suspension hardware, the Street Triple 765 RS benefits from 41 mm Showa upside-down fork suspension with an Ohlins mono-shock at the rear. Braking power comes from 310 mm discs up front and a 220 mm disc at the rear. Both variants benefit from a slew of features. The feature list includes riding modes, lean-sensitive traction control, cornering ABS, wheelie control and a bi-directional quick-shifter.
Colour Shade Options And Price Details
As is the case with international models, the India-bound Street Triple 765 R will get two colour shade options. These are, namely, Silver Ice and Crystal White. The complete colour range for the Street Triple 765 RS, too, will be retailed in India. These colour shades include Silver Ice, Carnival Red, and Cosmic Yellow colour themes. As for the pricing, the base model will retail in the INR 9.5-10 lakh range. Meanwhile, the more premium RS could carry a price tag of INR 11.50-12 lakh price bracket.
