2023 Tata Harrier SUV facelift launched in India at INR 15.49 lakh

Tata Motors has revealed the price of the new Harrier. The 5-seat SUV will start from INR 15.49 lakh, ex-showroom.

Tata Harrier variant-wise details

The Harrier manual is offered in 7 trim level. These are the Smart, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Fearless and Fearless+. In terms of pricing, they start from INR 15.49 lakh and go all the way upto INR 24.49 lakh.

Meanwhile, the Harrier Dark Edition and the automatic variants are available in four trims – Pure+, Adventure+, Fearless and Fearless+. These are priced from Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

What’s new in the Tata Harrier Facelift?

Tata has opted to revise the Harrier with its new design language. The front fascia gets slim LED DRLs, vertically oriented headlamps and a new grille. The rear gets new slim LED tail lamps along with a connected light bar.

The updated Harrier will be available in four variants – Smart, Pure, Adventure and Fearless. Feature wise, the car will get ADAS with Adaptive Cruise Control, upto seven airbags, a new gear knob called as ‘Smart E-Shifter’ and paddle shifters. The car also gets a dual-zone automatic climate control with a touch-based control panel.

There is a large 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, with wireless connectivity, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, two-spoke steering with illuminated logo and more. Tata has also equipped the SUV with a touch based central control panel, mood lights, a 45W USB fast charger and a 10-speaker JBL system with Harman AudioworX. In addition to that Tata Harrier facelift will also benefit from a slew of new features. The most talked about change is a redesigned dashboard. Along with this, other interior design elements changes will make the SUV look more premium and contemporary.

The new Harrier is expected with six airbags as standard, ADAS suite, 3-point seatbelts for all, and ISOFIX child seat anchors amongst others. Meanwhile, the 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors will aid when parking or at low speeds.

Powertrain of the 2023 Tata Harrier

The Harrier will continue with the 2.0-litre diesel engine rated at 168 BHP and 350 Nm. This motor is paired with a choice of manual or automatic transmission. Meanwhile, Tata could also introduce the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine with this update.
