Not really a facelift, but Tata Motors has launched the refreshed version of their Hexa. Although the size and scale of an MPV, but dubbed as an SUV by the brand, this is being called the Hexa 2019 Edition. Prices for the 2019 Hexa start from INR. 12.99 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. The Hexa is positioned above the Tata Harrier, as it comes with 4×4 tech and also 7-seating capacity.
Changes to the 2019 Hexa includes dual tone roof, alloy wheels with design options, 7″ touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and 5 body colour options. The Hexa has a 10-speaker JBL system with the touchscreen developed by Harman. The automatic variants of the 2019 Hexa will get diamond cut alloy wheels while the manual variants will get charcoal grey alloy wheels.
The Hexa was first launched in 2017, and has become decently popular in the Indian market for the unique offering that it is.
Powering the Tata Hexa is a 2.2L, turbocharged diesel engine which produces 156 HP of power and 400 Nm of torque. This engine comes matched to either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Next month, Tata Motors will also reveal the all-new H7X SUV concept, which is a 7-seater SUV based on the recently launched Tata Harrier.
