Toyota Kirloskar Motor sold a total of 12335 units in the domestic market. The company exported 1343 units of the Etios series this month thus clocking a total of 13,678 units registering 2% growth as compared to same period last year.  In the month of September 2016, Toyota Kirloskar Motor sold a total of 12,067 units in the domestic market. In addition, the company exported 1100 units of the Etios series.

The festive season has brought a positive spur in the customer buying sentiment. Customer orders continue to be strong despite the price hike of products in line with cess hike this month. New Fortuner has seen overwhelming customer demand even after the impact of price rise and after a year of its launch.

To perk up the festive cheer, we have introduced the limited edition Etios Cross X-Edition and Fortuner TRD Sportivo with impressive new features, more sporty and stylish appeal for customers who are looking for something different. We believe both the editions will be well appreciated by our customers and further enhance customer delight. Additionally, we have also introduced festive offers across our dealerships for customers on Etios series and Corolla Altis.

With the demand on the rise, the current waiting period for Innova has gone up to around 6-8 weeks and Fortuner is around 10-12 weeks respectively.  We sincerely express our regret to the customers for the waiting period. We would like to thank our customers for their patience.

We expect the growth momentum to continue and thank our customers for the trust and admiration they have been showing for our products time and again.
