Zontes announced that it will be bringing in 5 bikes to the Indian market. Initially, we were unsure of what these bikes will be. However, Zontes has now officially announced the bikes that will make their way to India. There was a possibility that Zontes could bring its smaller, 125cc range of bikes to India, but that is not happening. The brand is instead bringing its 350cc range of bikes.
We recently had a close look at the Zontes 350T ADV. The ADV version is a more off-road-focused version of the 350T adventure bike. We now take a closer look at its road-biased sibling, the 350T.
The Zontes 350T ADV uses the regular 350T as its base. Thus, the two have a lot in common. Powering the 350T is a 348cc single-cylinder liquid motor. The engine also comes with Bosch’s EFI system and a high-power magneto. These help the engine produce 38 HP and 32 Nm of torque. Zontes claims fuel-saving, low emissions and high performance are the characteristics of this engine.
Unlike the spoked rims of the 350T ADV, the 350T features 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. As for the size, the 350T measures 2,135 mm in length, 850 mm in width and 1,420 mm in height. Meanwhile, the wheelbase stands at 1,420 mm. The dimensions of the 350T are also the same as the 350T ADV. The braking setup consists of a single 320 mm disc at the front and a 265 mm disc at the back. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard. The 350T rides on a 120-section front and a 160-section rear tyre.
Like the 350T ADV, the 350T also uses Zontes’ 2.5-gen keyless control system. The system offers complete keyless control of the motorcycle. Other features include a colour TFT display screen, dual fast-charging USB ports and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.
