Electric mobility company, Zelio has announced the new Eeva ZX+ which is a low speed electric scooter for the Indian market. The Zelio Eeva ZX+ claims to be the perfect urban commuter scooter, for India. In addition to this, the brand also revealed that the scooter has been newly designed, offering premium looks and is both fashionable and functional.
The Zelio Ebikes Eeva ZX+ comes with a new design which features a sleek look and is targeted towards the students, professionals, urban commuters as well as gig workers. The new electric scooter also comes with features such as reverse assist, parking switch, auto repair switch, USB charging, an anti theft alarm and a digital display that adds to the convenience of the e-bike. Furthermore, the Eeva ZX+ also comes with 4 colour options – Black, White, Grey and Blue.
Powering the Zelio Eeva ZX+ is a 6-/72V BLDC electric motor that is capable of propelling the e-scooter to a top speed of 25 kmph. Also, the Zelio Eeva ZX+ claims a range of upto 100 km on a single charge. The brand reveals that the gross weight of the vehicle is 90 kgs and has a loading capacity of 180 kgs. Thanks to this, the Eeva ZX+ offers a balance between performance and reliability, reveals Zelio. In addition to this, Zelio also reveals that the Eeva ZX+ comes with comfort as well as safety. Also, the electric scooter features a front disc brake, a drum brake on the rear and hydraulic shock absorbers on both the front and rear. Zelio Eeva ZX+ starts with a price of INR 67,500 ex-showroom with a range of 60-70 km and goes upto INR 90,500 ex-showroom, with a range of 80 km on a single charge.
The Zelio Eeva ZX+ also comes with an extensive warranty of one year or 10,000 kilometers on both its Lead Acid and lithium-ion battery variants.
