Suzuki Motorcycle India has taken a significant step towards enhancing customer convenience by partnering with Flipkart, one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms. This collaboration allows customers to book Suzuki two-wheelers online, offering a seamless and hassle-free buying experience. The service is set to go live on April 15, 2025, across eight Indian states.

Which Suzuki two-wheelers can be booked online?

The initial phase of this partnership includes six Suzuki models: the Avenis scooter, Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250, and the V-Strom SX. However, popular models like the Access and Burgman Street are not yet part of the online lineup. Customers in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Meghalaya, and Mizoram can explore these models on Flipkart, select their preferred variant, and place an order.

Post booking process?

Once the booking is made, the nearest authorized Suzuki dealership will assist with the documentation process. After completing the registration, customers can take delivery of their new two-wheeler. This hybrid approach combines the convenience of online shopping with the reliability of dealership support, ensuring a smooth transition from booking to ownership.

Suzuki two-wheelers X Flipkart

Suzuki’s decision to partner with Flipkart reflects the growing importance of digital platforms in consumer decision-making. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India, emphasized the brand’s commitment to meeting customers where they are.

Flipkart, too, sees this partnership as a step towards enhancing its offerings. Sujith S Agashe, Senior Director at Flipkart, highlighted the platform’s focus on providing greater convenience and choice to customers.

This initiative also aligns with Suzuki’s broader strategy to strengthen its digital footprint and cater to a wider audience. With more shoppers in smaller towns and cities increasingly relying on e-commerce, the partnership aims to make Suzuki two-wheelers accessible to a broader demographic.
