Yamaha recently unveiled its flat track racing concept bike at AIMExpo 2015.
Yamaha Motors U.S.A in collaboration with Jeff Palhegyi Design (JPD) showcased this motorcycle solely for flat track racing. With a parallel twin engine and outstanding low and mid-range torque, this bike will be quite fun while traveling sideways.
The frame is custom built by JPD team to meet the race needs. The front suspension setup includes the R6 conventional forks and the rear gets a single Ohlins TTX36 shock. Other additional parts include VORTEX sprockets and handlebars, Dunlop tires, Saddlemen seat, exhaust from Graves Motorsports and SK Racing braking rotor.

Painted in the legendary ‘Speed Block’ livery gives, the bike gets a retro look.
Yamaha hinted that it has planned to enter the Grand National competition in the U.S.A with this motorcycle. More details on the engine are awaited.
Now we wonder, will this bike will be introduced in India as a scrambler? Nothing wrong in hopes & dream right?
