Well, although camouflaged, no points for guessing that this is a Yamaha FZ / FZ-S. But, things could be different under the skin. Rumours are doing the rounds that these motorcycles which were spotted testing are the 2019 Yamaha FZ / FZ-S models which will come with ABS and a facelift. Not really a next-generation model if we consider that the tail lamp section looks similar to the bike already in showrooms.

From the spyshots one can notice a new headlamp design, reprofiled fuel tank, tank cowls, new pillion grab rail, new exhaust and a new instrument console could also be on the cards. In terms of feature additions, the updated 2019 Yamaha FZ / FZ-S could also get a LED headlamp.

As of now, the Yamaha FZ & FZ-S motorcycles are powered by a 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke motor producing 13 BHP of power @ 8000 RPM and 12.8 Nm of torque @ 6000 RPM matched to a 5-speed gearbox.
