Yamaha has launched a Moto GP livery on the Cygnus Ray ZR scooter. This limited edition option on the Ray ZR has been priced at INR 59,028 ex-showroom and will be available along with a new Moto GP T-Shirt. Yamaha has launched this Cygnus Ray ZR Monster Energy Yamaha Moto GP limited edition under their ‘The Call of the Blue 2.0’ campaign.
In the cosmetics department, the Cygnus Ray ZR Monster Energy Yamaha Moto GP version gets a black base paint, monster energy decals, ENEOS and Yamalube decals along with a hint of blue on the body panels. The scooter looks very sporty and will be available across all Yamaha showrooms in India.
Powering the Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR Monster Energy Yamaha Moto GP model is a 113cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve motor producing 7.2 PS of power @ 7500 RPM and 8.1 Nm of torque @ 5000 RPM matched to a CVT gearbox. The scooter gets electric and kick start options, and comes with Combi Brake System. There is also a disc brake option on the Cygnus Ray ZR Monster Energy Yamaha Moto GP model. This scooter will also get a golden Yamaha Motor tuning fork logo.
The Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR rivals the likes of Honda Dio, TVS Jupiter, Hero MotoCorp Maestro Edge.
