Freestyle stunt biking, XDL, the largest professional motorsport event will be held in India as a part of the Bike Festival of India at the Buddh International Circuit. Event will be held on 4th and 5th of October, 2014.
The stunt riding championship gets participation from riders across the globe. To maintain their status of a true world championship event, XDL is currently negotiating a deal with the FIM to ensure that the rules for the sport remain identical to those abroad and not based on motorsport authorities in each country.
The Bike Festival of India will also host dirt bike championships, drag races and other competitive events such as wheelies, burnouts, stoppies etc. For adrenaline junkies, there will be other events such as rappelling, paragliding, rock climbing, weight lifting, arm wrestling, bench press etc. And yes, there will be a food festival as well.
Expect two-wheeler manufacturers to be present at the event with their product portfolios to reach better to their target audience.
Interested participants can also camp at the BIC during the event.
