‘Will it drift?’ competition on November 30

Super Car Club will host the 2014 edition of the ‘Will it drift?’ competition on November 30th in Mumbai region.

Entry is free for all, both participants and viewers. One can directly register on-the-spot at the venue.

Venue: Raymond LTD, Pokharan Road no.1, JK Chemical Gate, Near Cadbury Factory, Thane West – 400606

Schedule:

  • 10 am: Registration
  • 10.30 am – 11 am: Reporting & Scrutiny
  • 11 am – 11.30 am: Free practice
  • 11.30 am – 2 pm: Finals
  • 2 pm: Results
  • 2.30 pm: Prize Distribution

Interested participants must bring their own vehicles to the track. SUVs are not allowed in the competition for safety reasons. Drivers need to wear full pants and shoes to enter the competition.

Founder of The Super Car Club, Mr. Gautam Singhania will also been seen drifting around in his specially built drift-car.

Participants will be judged on the basis of speed, andle and line taken through the corners, and of course, all this while the car is drifting.
