Volkswagen India has announced a service campaign. This is to support vehicle owners affected by the recent heavy rainfall and flooding in Delhi, Rajasthan, and other northern states. As part of this initiative, Volkswagen will provide free roadside assistance (RSA) to customers. This is for customers in several states including Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Chandigarh until the end of August 2023. The carmaker is also offering standardised support for repair estimation and parking facilities at its dealerships.

Volkswagen will conduct a detailed and comprehensive service check of affected vehicles. So as to ensure that any flood-related damages are promptly repaired. Customers can contact Volkswagen’s RSA team at 1800-102-1155 or 1800-419-1155 for faster resolution. Additionally, Volkswagen owners can take advantage of the ongoing monsoon service camp until the end of July 2023 to ensure their vehicles are in good condition.
