Volkswagen Passenger Cars India recently announced the launch of a new sales & service touchpoint. This one has come up in the heart of Agra city at Nagla Padi, Bypass Road. The address of the facility reads as, 2nd Floor, 404, Nagla Padi, Bypass Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001. Operated under the able leadership of Mr. Hari Mohan Garg, CMD, NRL Group this new sales & service touchpoint will cater to the mobility requirements of customers in and around that region.
Carrying forward with the customer-first philosophy, the new 3S (sales, service & spares) facility will provide a complete and integrated experience to customers, all under one roof. The 6-car display area in the showroom is enough to showcase VW India’s young and exciting lineup of cars. This includes the much in demand, Virtus, Taigun and Tiguan. Ensuring peace of mind ownership experience, the facility also comprises a 7-bay service area. This includes both the body & paint shop, thus catering to the service and maintenance requirements of the customers through skilled and trained technicians. VW mentioned that customers situated at a distance from the service shop can avail of the door-to-door service initiative also known as Volkswagen Assistance.
With the inauguration of this new touchpoint in Agra, VW is on on-track towards being Accessible in important markets across the country. The new sales & service touchpoint will provide the integrated sales & service requirements of the aspirational Indian customers. This expansion drive is VW India’s continuous effort towards strengthening the customer experience. These integrated sales & service facilities will offer convenience, peace of mind, and a hassle-free experience of owning a VW to the customers. In Uttar Pradesh, the Volkswagen brand now has a total of 9 sales and 7 service facilities across the state. With this, the total network strength of Volkswagen in India stands at 154 sales and 122 service touchpoints spread across 116 cities.
