Volkswagen has newly-inaugurated multiple touch points in the State of Karnataka. There will be an expansion in its network with the introduction of 3 new touchpoints at Belgavi, Davanagree and Vijayapura. The touch points will showcase India’s safest and youngest portfolio which includes the 5-star GNCAP rated Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun, along with the flagship SUVW Tiguan.
Building a strong network
The Volkswagen network has now been strengthened with 17 sales and 13 service stations in Karnataka. The 3 touch points comprise of a team of 95 sales & service members who will fall under the management and supervision of Mr. Shashi Desai, MD, Kumar Motor Corporation Pvt. Ltd. In the State of Karnataka; Belgaum, Vijayapura and Davanagree are growing and developing at a rapid pace, hence Volkswagen decided to evolve it into a modern hub by making their German-engineered and safe carlines more accessible to potential customers.
Availability of Volkswagen in Karnataka
The new dealer has partnered with Volkswagen with the intention of making cars more available and accessible to those who aspire to own a VW vehicle. This inauguration will also expand the total network to 157 sales points along with 124 service touchpoints. The availability will be across 115 cities in India, in total.
Belagavi will have 12-service bays, 6-service bays at Davanagree and 4-service bays at Vijayapura. The primary functions of catering to the service and maintenance requirements will be looked after. In addition, customers can access the 3 touchpoints for the purchase, sale or exchange of pre-owned cars through Das WeltAuto (a used car vertical of Volkswagen India). It is a hassle-free way to exchange one vehicle with the other. Volkswagen Das WeltAuto will allow benefits to customers with transparent pricing mechanism through a digital evaluation. There is availability of a quick disbursement process, exchange offers and provide best market rate for a Volkswagen car.
