The campaign offers customers a complimentary 40-point vehicle inspection conducted by trained professionals. This inspection is designed to identify any potential challenges that the customers may face during the summer season.
To ensure a comfortable driving experience, Volkswagen has also provided a quick seasonal car care guideline. This guide can assist customers in self-evaluating their vehicles. In addition, the brand is offering attractive benefits on the Summer Car Care treatment, which is available under the Value Added Services (VAS), thereby offering an affordable ownership experience.
Volkswagen India continues to enhance its service experience by offering affordable cost of ownership initiatives and maintaining transparency with its customers. In addition to a range of attractive service and car care packages, Volkswagen also offers services such as Service Cam, Doorstep Service through Volkswagen Assistance, Mobile Service Unit, Online Service Appointment, Service Cost Calculator, and more.
Customers can also enjoy peace of mind and an affordable ownership experience with the 5th and 6th year Extended Warranty at revised prices. These will be available only for customers who’s VW cars are under warranty. All other services are open for all VW customers across India. The vehicles covered include the Polo, Ameo, Polo Cross, Vento, Taigun, Virtus, Tiguan, Passat, Jetta, etc. The Summer Car Care campaign will be available across all 142 Volkswagen service facilities in India throughout May 2024.
