The first-ever electric scooter of Ultraviolette received a positive response immediately after the launch. The new Tesseract e-scooter has successfully garnered more than 20,000 bookings, leading to the extension of the introductory price offer.

Ultraviolettes’ latest launch of the Tesseract scooter has made a huge impact on the EV two-wheeler market. The fully-loaded, technologically advanced scooter has successfully gathered more than 20,000 bookings within the first 48 hours of its launch.

The launch price of the Tesseract was set at Rs 1.20 lakh for the first 10,000 bookings. However, the rapid bookings have now led to the extension of the introductory price offer to the first 50,000 bookings. Thereafter, the price will be increased to Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom).

Speaking of the new e-scooter, it is the first scooter developed by the Bengaluru-based EV brand. Equipped with sharp styling and futuristic design elements, it offers numerous first-in-segment features.

Some of the crucial feature highlights of the Tesseract include LED lights, a 7-inch colour TFT console with Violette AI and OTA updates, wireless phone connectivity with navigation support, keyless ignition, parking assist, blind spot detection, front collision alert, and more.

Powering the Tesseract are three battery options: 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. While its electric motor details and individual battery performance details are not disclosed, it can deliver a maximum range of up to 261 km per charge.

Additionally, its electric motor is rated for a maximum 20.4 bhp power, which can pull it from 0-60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. The top speed stands at 125 km/h, as claimed.

With the introductory price offer now extended, new customers can book the Tesseract scooter with three colour options: Desert Sand, Stealth Black, and Sonic Pink.

The Tesseract e-scooter has created a stir among competitors, including TVS, Ather, and Bajaj, with its powerful performance and long-range drivability. Moreover, its aggressive pricing has become a strong factor that is pulling in new customers consistently.
