EV platforms and Battery technology company, Ultraviolette has launched the new Ultraviolette F77 MACH2 in the Indian market. The starting price for the F77 MACH2 is INR 2.99 lakh ex-showroom. The electric motorcycle comes in three variants with three themes each to choose from. This means a total of 9 trims are available across the F77 Mach2 and F77 Mach2 Recon, the Recon being the higher-spec version with a larger capacity battery and a more powerful motor along with some additional features. Prices for the Ultraviolette F77 MACH 2 Recon start at INR 3.99 lakh ex-showroom.
The Ultraviolette F77 MACH2 comes with a 7.1 kWh battery pack that claims to offer an IDC range of 211 km on a single charge. At a 12Kw DC Fast Charging network, the battery can be recharged from 20% – 80% in 45 minutes. With a standard charger it takes 3 hours to charge from 20% to 80% SOC. The F77 MACH2 Recon comes with a 10.3 kWh battery pack and clips an IDC range of 323 km on a single charge. At a DC Fast Charging station the battery can be replenished from 20% – 80% in 60 minutes.
Powering the Ultraviolette F77 MACH2 is a 27 kW (36.2 hp) Permanent Magnet AC Motor delivering a peak torque of 90 Nm. The motor is capable of propelling the electric bike from 0-100 kmph in 7.8 seconds and a top-speed of 155 kmph. The F77 MACH2 Recon comes with a 30 kW (40.2 hp) electric motor that produces 100 Nm of torque. 0-100 kmph timing is 7.7 seconds and the top speed remains the same at 155 kmph.

Ultraviolette is offering a 3 years or 30,000km standard vehicle warranty on both the F77 MACH2 and F77 MACH2 Recon. The F77 MACH2 gets a 3 years or 60,000 km warranty on its battery and drivetrain. This can be extended to upto 5 years or 1,00,000 km. The Recon comes with 5 years or 1,00,000 km warranty on its battery and drivetrain which can be extended to upto 8 years or 8,00,000 km.
