TVS offers service support to flood-affected two-wheelers in Bengaluru

There’s some good news for the TVS customers residing in Bengaluru. The company has announced their special service support initiative in the city. This will start on September 16 and go on till September 30, 2022. Under this initiative, the company will reiterate its ‘Customer First’ commitment. Thus, TVS will cater to the mobility needs and safety of valued customers and their flood-affected vehicles.

 Bengaluru Severely Impacted Due To Rain

With rains flooding several localities of Bengaluru for the past couple of days, many vehicles have been left inundated. Thus, to help the customers resume everyday life and have a safe ride, TVS has come up with this initiative. Not just that, it has also taken various other initiatives as a part of the service camp. The service camp will include a detailed and comprehensive vehicle check-up. Technicians will look for flood-related damages and immediate repair.

The company is also associating with various insurance companies to ensure a hassle-free and fast clearance of insurance claims. With the sheer number of TVS vehicles in the city, the company has planned adequate availability of genuine spare parts. Moreover, TVS has also added additional manpower (technicians) in dealerships across Bengaluru to ensure a hassle-free and quick service experience.

TVS Motor Company also advised its customers not to attempt to re-start the engine of a flood-affected vehicle. This will help in avoiding engine damage. The company is doing it all to inform the customers in the region about the initiatives through bulk SMS and newspaper advertisements.

TVS India Sales Report August 2022

TVS Motor Company released its sales report for August 2022. For the given period, TVS registered a growth of 15 per cent in August 2022 with sales of 3,33,787 units. In comparison, the figure for August 2021 stood at 2,90,694 units.
