With a seat height of just 820mm the Triumph Scrambler 1200X will allow riders with shorter inseams to ride the motorcycle with ease. In addition to this, Triumph is making the Scrambler 1200X even more accessible by offering a Low Seat option. This also makes the Scrambler 1200X 50mm lower in seat height than the Scrambler 1200XE. The Scrambler 1200X comes with 21-inch front wheel offering a commanding riding position and the low seat height offers rider the confidence to ride all terrains. Powering the Triumph Scrambler 1200X is the Bonneville Twin-Cylinder 1200cc engine with a Scrambler-specific tune. The liquid-cooled 8-valve SOHC engine with 270-degree crank angle produces 90 PS of power and 110 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed transmission, a 2 into 2 exhaust system, brushed high mount silencers.
Triumph claims that the Scrambler 1200X engine delivers smooth power delivery and torque-rich throttle response, both on-road and off-road. The motorcycle gets a tubular steel chassis that rides on Marzocchi non-adjustable USD forks on the front. The bike also comes with Marzocchi preload adjustable twin rear shocks with piggyback reservoirs and offers 170mm wheel travel on both the front and rear.
