The motorcycle gets its name from the astounding 221 Newton meters of peak torque it delivers. The special edition of the 221 gets a new paint scheme. The tank and front mudguard get a Red Hopper finish. Whereas, the mudguard bracket, headlight bowl, flyscreens rear bodywork, radiator cowl and side panels are finished in a contrasting Sapphire Black shade. Other than this, the motorcycle also gets bold and unique 221 knee pad graphics. The subtle tank-top graphics showcase all of the Rocket’s 221 astounding performance numbers. Other than this, the motorcycle also gets exceptional attention to detail. One unique feature is the hidden folding pillion footrest. And when folded, it seamlessly blends into the clean lines of the Rocket’s design.
Dubbed as being the largest production motorcycle on the planet, the Rocket 3R comes loaded with power. All thanks to the 2,458cc triple engine, which delivers the world highest peak torque of 221 Nm and a power output of 167 PS. The equipped torque-assist hydraulic clutch, along with a six-speed helical-cut gearbox, provides a super-slick and refined ride. The suspension setup consists of a fully adjustable Showa mono-shock at the rear and a 47mm upside-down Showa cartridge at the front.
Braking power comes from Brembo Stylema four-piston radial monobloc front brakes with twin 320mm floating discs. Triumph mentioned that this brake setup ensures efficient cooling with optimized airflow and compact design. The equipped Avon Cobra Chrome tyres, along with the 20-spoke design, do add to the striking outlook of the motorcycle. The rider will definitely appreciate the motorcycle’s two vertical sitting positions. Customers have the full freedom to opt for either a single seat or a twin-seat.
In terms of rider aids, the motorcycle comes loaded with features.
