Triumph adds new colours for Street Triple R & RS in India

Triumph Motorcycles India has recently introduced exciting new color options for their popular roadsters, the Street Triple R and the Street Triple RS. These fresh hues are sure to catch the attention of motorcycle enthusiasts across the country. Let’s dive into the details of these vibrant additions:

Street Triple R: Bold and Subtle Choices

 Matt Baja Orange

The Street Triple R now flaunts a striking Matt Baja Orange color option. If you’re someone who wants their bike to stand out in a sea of motorcycles, this bold choice is perfect for you. The vivid orange hue adds a touch of dynamism to the bike’s appearance. Priced at INR 10.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Matt Baja Orange Street Triple R is a head-turner.

Pure White

For riders who prefer a more understated look, the Pure White color is an elegant choice. The clean white finish complements the Street Triple R’s design, and the small orange stripes on the body panels provide a subtle contrast. At INR 10.17 lakh (ex-showroom), the Pure White variant offers a more budget-friendly option.

Additional Colors

With the addition of these two new colors, the Street Triple R now boasts a total of four color choices. The existing options include Silver Ice and Crystal White.

Street Triple RS: Stealthy and Sleek

The Street Triple RS receives a fresh Phantom Black color, giving it a stealthy and mysterious appearance. The blacked-out look exudes confidence and sophistication. Yellow graphics provide subtle contrast, adding a touch of sportiness. The price for the Phantom Black Street Triple RS is Rs 12.07 lakh (ex-showroom).

Other RS Colors

Apart from the new Phantom Black, the Street Triple RS is available in two other colors: Carnival Red and Cosmic Yellow. These variants share the same price point as the Phantom Black. Additionally, the Silver Ice color comes in slightly cheaper, saving riders around INR 30,000.

Performance Highlights

Both the Street Triple R and Street Triple RS pack impressive performance features:

  • Street Triple R: Powered by a 765cc inline-triple engine, it produces 118.4bhp at 11,500rpm and 80Nm of torque at 9,500rpm. The Street Triple R competes with the Kawasaki Z900.
  • Street Triple RS: With a peak power output of 128.2bhp at 12,000rpm, the RS model offers exhilarating performance. It features fully adjustable Showa 41mm USD forks and an Ohlins STX40 monoshock. The RS goes head-to-head with the Ducati Monster.
