Toyota’s On-line Retail Sales Platform ‘Wheels on Web’ now active

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) recently added a new platform for its customers in Bengaluru. This is the ‘Wheels on Web’. It is an online retail platform that aims to offer a seamless virtual experience to customers. This platform will enable the customers to purchase, book, and get delivery of their preferred Toyota models from the comfort of their homes.

What Is The “Wheels on Web” Program?

Toyota mentioned that “Wheels on Web” is a Business to Customer (B2C) platform. It strongly represents and reflects Toyota’s core commitment to upgrading the customer experience, especially in its digital space. The long-term aim is to enable hassle-free car buying with innovative features and services.

This service will give the customers the ability to book, buy and enjoy the vehicle delivery from the comfort of their home The platform will also provide digital viewing of the vehicles’ exteriors, interiors, colours, and variants. Toyota customers can select from a host of value-added services via this platform. This includes Accessories, Service Packages and an Extended Warranty.

Toyota’s Wheels on Web also has a facility where customers can trade-off his/her existing car. In fact, they can also choose easy and multiple finance channels through selected financial institutions. In addition to this, customers can pay the booking amount/full payment or downpayment online.

Toyota customers will then receive the communication via WhatsApp and email. This confirmation will happen at every stage, starting from booking to delivery. Furthermore, the customers can also check the status of booking details using individual login or account access.

Customers First Is The Core Philosophy At Toyota

This move pretty much justifies Toyota’s core philosophy of ‘Customer First’. Thus they are continuously striving to offer ever-better services to consumers. Toyota believes that this newly launched ‘WOW’ (Wheels on Web), an online retail platform, will revolutionise the car buying experience in the Indian market.
