Toyota has launched the new Urban Cruiser Taisor in the Indian market with a starting price tag of INR 7.73 lakh ex-showroom. The Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor will be available with two petrol engine options and three gearbox options. Along with this, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor also comes with a CNG fuel option from the factory.
While the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor is based on the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. However, the brand has made changes to the front fascia, the rear and the alloy wheels. The Urban Cruiser Taisor comes with a new grille as well as front bumper. The compact SUV also gets new LED DRL signatures. On the profile the Urban Cruiser Taisor is similar to the Fronx but the alloy wheels get a new design. The rear bumper and taillight has been mildly refreshed and the Taisor gets new light signatures.
The Urban Cruiser Taisor also comes with features such as a multi function steering wheel, 60:40 split seats, rear AC vents & USB ports, centre armrest and more.

Powering the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor is a 1.2-litre four-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine. The engine produces 89.73 PS of power on petrol and 77.5 PS of power in CNG. The dual VVT engine produces 113 Nm of torque on petrol and 98.5 Nm of torque on CNG fuel. The Urban Cruiser Taisor comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT options.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor also comes with a 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol three-cylinder engine. The engine produces 100.06 PS of power and 147.6 Nm of torque. The brand offers the turbo-petrol engine with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed Automatic Transmission. The car also gets Electric Torque Assist during Acceleration and Regenerative Braking.
The bookings for the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor are now open from Toyota Bharat Showrooms across India.
