Toyota Kirloskar Motor launches “Door Delivery” to improve customer experience. This is the first-of-its-kind ‘Door Delivery’ initiative, enabling the customers to procure genuine spare parts directly to their doorstep. This initiative is an extension of the ‘Toyota Parts Connect’ program, which aims to assist customers in providing easy access to genuine spare parts.
With the introduction of ‘Door Delivery’, customers can now opt for pickup of parts from the dealerships or get it home delivered. In addition, the company is extending the list of products that are eligible under this initiative. As a result, customers now have a range of choices, including car care essentials, engine oil, tyres, batteries, and more.

Toyota’s ‘Door Delivery’ is also one such innovative initiative that will bridge the gap between the customers and the dealerships. This service is currently available across 12 cities, and there are plans to extend to more cities by the end of 2021.

However, the last two months were quite challenging as the sales were abysmally low due to multiple restrictions and lockdowns. Thus, TKM has partially started its car production at the Bidadi plant in Karnataka to cater to the demand. Toyota recently launched a customer-centric scheme called ‘Buy Now and Pay Later’ for its Urban Cruiser. This scheme will enable the customers to drive home their Urban Cruiser now and pay for the car in October 2021.
