Toyota Kirloskar Motor announces its sales report for August 2021. The carmaker sold a total of 12,772 units for the given period. Compared to August 2020, in which the sales figure was 5,555 units, the company registered a growth of 130 per cent. The cumulative sales from January to August 2021 stands at 85,209 units against 39,627 units for January to August 2020. This translates to a growth of 115 per cent. TKM mentioned that the customer demand is growing stronger as the retail sales are increasing. Both The Innova Crysta and Fortuner are selling in healthy figures. Meanwhile, Glanza and Urban Cruiser continue to please the younger customers.
