Toyota launches car subscription plans in partnership with Myles

Toyota Kirloskar Motors has announced that the company has partnered with Myles Automotive Technologies Pvt Ltd to expand its car subscription service for individual customers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. The brand in the recent past, launched a new vertical, Toyota Mobility Service (TMS) to provide leasing and subscription to customers in cities like Delhi-NCR, Bangalore and Mumbai, in partnership with with “KINTO” under Toyota Financial Services, ALD Automotive India & SMAS Auto Leasing India Pvt Ltd. and TMS will be spearheading all the new mobility initiatives in India. 

The brand will be providing flexible subscription tenures of 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months and yearly running kilometre usage for a fixed monthly rental through Myles. The new shorter 12 months and 18 months subscription periods will provide more convenience to the customers who want to acquire Toyota vehicles for a short period of time, especially for travelling individuals. 

The rental program includes vehicle usage cost, road tax, registration, insurance coverage and maintenance for kilometres opted and 24×7 roadside assistance that will be managed by Myles in association with Toyota dealers. Under the new rental program, customers can choose from the Toyota range of car including the Glanza, Yaris, Innova Crysta, Fortuner and the Urban Cruiser. The subscription rental starts as low as INR 19,808 for Toyota Glanza and INR 45,721 for Innova Crysta, in Delhi. The TKM-Myles subscription service also provides tenure extension and buy-back options to customers.

Under the Toyota Mobility Service (TMS) which was launched earlier, customers are offered a choice for a tenure of three to five years on a fixed monthly fee on lease. The brand also offers short term flexibility plans where customers can choose from 24 months to 48 months of usage. 

In other news, Toyota Kirloskar Motors announced that the brand has registered sales of 8116 units in the month of September 2020, showing a growth of 46% compared to August 2020. In the last year, TKM sold a  total of 10,203 units in the month of September.
