Toyota Etios and Liva facelift spotted

Spyshots surfacing on the internet suggest that Toyota is gearing up to give the Etios and Liva a facelift this festive season. Rumours suggest that this facelift version could be launched by Mid-October, 2014.

Changes on the facelift include:

• New chrome front grille
• Beige + light brown interiors
• Revised upholstery
• Electric ORVMs as standard
• Driver side airbag as standard

Powering the facelift version, the engines are expected to be the same diesel and petrol units. The Etios sedan gets a 1.5L 90 PS petrol and a 1.4L 68 PS diesel motor while the Liva hatchback gets a 1.2L 80 PS petrol and 1.4L 68 PS diesel motor. All engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
