Tork Motors adds its first Experience Zone in Thane

Tork Motors, an electric motorcycle manufacturer and has now inaugurated its 1st experience zone in Panchpakhadi, Thane. This marks the company’s second location in the state of Maharashtra after the original company owned experience center at Law College, Pune. In order to retain old clients and target potential ones, Tork has also established a separate zone to manage all after-sales requirements. The experience zone displays the refreshed Kratos-R in the showroom area.

Purpose of the Experience Zone

The sole purpose of the experience zone is to offer an up close and personal look at the electric motorcycles that Tork manufactures. Tork Kratos-R will be displayed to the customers who are inclined towards switching to a non-polluting vehicle and hence promoting a cleaner and greener India. The updated and upgraded Kratos-R was reintroduced by the brand with some significant changes like having a complete black motor and battery pack with decals, and a fast charging port. The motorcycle will be displayed in 5 color variants, including Black and White shades. In order for Kratos-R to be available to all, Tork has collaborated with various financial institutions like ICICI bank, IDFC bank, LiquiLoans, Eduvanz, Rupyy and Ecofy. The electric motorcycle will be available with EMI options that start from INR 2,999 only.

On purchasing the bike, the package available to the buyers includes a home charger, access to T-net charging for 2-years, 3-year battery warranty and lastly, 3-year vehicle warranty.

About Kratos-R

Tork Kratos-R starts at INR 2,28,374 (ex-showroom). Kratos-R has a power of 9 kW and delivers a torque of 38 Nm and is available with a clutch-less single speed transmission. It possesses a 4.0 kWh Li-ion battery pack which is IP67 rated. It can be charged in 4 to 5 hours (25% each hour). The fast charge feature allows the bike to charge at 1.5km/minute (80% in an hour). This bike can achieve a top speed of 105 kmph. The Kratos-R has 4 riding modes, namely – Eco, City, Sports and Reverse.

Compared to the Kratos, the Kratos-R has a motor which produces nearly 10 Nm more and accelerates from 0-40 kmph in 3.5 seconds, which is 0.5 seconds faster than the old Kratos.
