Tork Kratos prices hiked by INR 10,000

Tork Motors recently announced a marginal price hike for its revolutionary electric motorcycle Kratos and KRATOS-R. The updated price will come into effect from 1st January 2023. Thus, the Kratos will retail at INR 1,32,499 (ex-showroom after subsidy in Maharashtra). Meanwhile, for the Kratos-R, customers need to pay the price tag of INR 1,47,499 (ex-showroom after subsidy in Maharashtra). The company is offering price protection to all the bikes delivered on or before 31st December 2022. The company mentioned absorbing a significant portion of the increased costs. But the steep rise in overall input costs has now compelled this minimal price hike.

First Hike Since Its Launch In January 2022

This is the first price hike on the range of electric motorcycles, post its launch of the promotional price in January, this year. The company recently launched its first-ever experience centre in Pune for unmatched sales and after-sales experience and will be opening touchpoints, in seven cities, by the end of this financial year.

Current Price Tag

Currently, Kratos retails at INR 1,22,499 (ex-showroom after subsidy in Maharashtra). This trim is available in white colour only. Meanwhile, the Kratos-R is retailing at INR 1,37,499 (ex-showroom after subsidy in Maharashtra). This trim is available in four colour options white, blue, red and black. At present, Tork Motors is delivering its range of e-motorcycles in Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad. Furthermore, the company mentioned that it will soon start deliveries in other markets.
