The Gemini project by T3 is now a reality

The Gemini Project- A custom 2011 Triumph Speed triple which is inspired from the café racers from the 70’s but with the technology of today. It seemed a dream to build something like this until now.

The Gemini project, brainchild of ‘Spirit of the Seventies’ designer Kevin Taggart. Along with T3 racing, Kevin has made the Gemini project a reality now. Only 100 of these machines will be produced to maintain exclusivity. The frame of the Speed Triple is kept standard as it already has front biased weight distribution but the engine is revamped to deliver more power. The performance it delivers compliments the contemporary retro look. The front forks are Showa units adjustable rebound and compression damping. The fork drop-outs are T6 Billet Aluminum and so are the yokes. It gets a fully adjustable centrally mounted Ohlin damper which is connected to a single sided aluminum swingarm.

The extra power it delivers will also require extra stopping power. The brakes have been upgraded to T3’s 6 pot billet calipers and performance pads. The wheels have an option of either opting for spoke or magnesium rims.

Touch screen dash and keyless ignition are two of the many electronic features that the bike will get. Along with all this, each of these bikes will be personalized with their customers names.
