Tata Nexon, Nexon EV, Harrier & Safari Jet Edition – First Look (Photos & Videos)

Tata Motors has launched all-new Jet Editions of its most popular SUVs in India. The Jet Editions bring exclusive exterior and interior styling as well as a few upgrades and equipment in some of the models. The company initially launched Jet Editions of the Nexon, Harrier and its flagship SUV, the Safari. Not long after, Tata Motors now has also extended the Jet Edition treatment to its EV SUV range and launched the Nexon EV Prime Jet Edition and the Nexon EV Max Jet Edition. All the Jet Editions are now available for orders. Let’s look at what changes the Jet Edition brings to Tata’s SUVs. 

Tata Nexon Jet Edition

  • New Starlight exterior colour / Oyster White & Granite Black.
  • Techno-Steel Bronze dashboard.
  • Bronze deco stitching on the seats and ‘JET’ embroidery on the front seat headrests.
  • Jet Black Alloy Wheels.
  • New features – Ventilated seats, air purifier with AQI display and a wireless charger.
  • Nexon Jet Edition available in two petrol and two diesel variants
  • Petrol variants – XZ+ (P) Petrol & XZA+ (P) Diesel AMT 
  • Petrol variants cost INR 12.13 lakh ex-showroom and INR 12.78 lakh ex-showroom, respectively.
  • Diesel variants – XZ+ (P) Diesel & XZA+ (P) Diesel AMT.
  • Diesel variants retail for INR 13.43 lakh ex-showroom and INR 14.08 lakh ex-showroom, respectively.

Tata Nexon EV Jet Edition

  • New Starlight exterior colour / Oyster White & Granite Black.
  • Techno-Steel Bronze dashboard.
  • Bronze deco stitching on the seats and ‘JET’ embroidery on the front seat headrests.
  • Jet Black Alloy Wheels.
  • No additional features or mechanical changes.
  • Nexon EV Prime Jet Edition is available in the XZ+ Lux PRIME variant and costs INR 17.5 lakh ex-showroom.
  • Nexon EV Max Jet Edition is available in the XZ+ Lux Max variant and costs INR 19.54 lakh ex-showroom.
  • Jet Edition of Nexon EV Max is also available with AC fast charger for an additional INR 50,000.

Tata Harrier Jet Edition

  • New Starlight exterior colour / Oyster White & Granite Black.
  • Techno-Steel Bronze dashboard.
  • Bronze deco stitching on the seats and ‘JET’ embroidery on the front seat headrests.
  • Jet Black Alloy Wheels.
  • Harrier Jet Edition gets 4-disc brakes (first for the Harrier).
  • Manual & Automatic get Electronic Parking Brake.
  • New features – USB Type-C charging ports, Wireless Android Auto / Apple CarPlay, a wireless charger and an air purifier.
  • New Advanced ESP features – Panic Brake Alert, Driver Doze off alert, After Impact Braking.
  • Available in two variants – XZ+ Diesel & XZA+ Diesel AT.
  • Priced at INR 20.9 lakh ex-showroom & INR 22.2 lakh ex-showroom.

 

Tata Safari Jet Edition

  • New Starlight exterior colour / Oyster White & Granite Black.
  • Techno-Steel Bronze dashboard.
  • Bronze deco stitching on the seats and ‘JET’ embroidery on the front seat headrests.
  • Jet Black Alloy Wheels.
  • Winged Comfort Head Restraints for 2nd-row bench and captain seats.
  • New features – USB Type-C charging ports for all rows, Wireless Android Auto / Apple CarPlay, a wireless charger and an air purifier.
  • New Advanced ESP features – Panic Brake Alert, Driver Doze off alert, After Impact Braking.
  • Available in – XZ+ Diesel & XZA+ Diesel AT. 
  • Both variants are also available in a 6-seater configuration.
  • Price – INR 21.35 lakh ex-showroom and INR 22.65 lakh ex-showroom. 6-seater configuration costs INR 10,000 extra.
